the staff was very helpful . i especially appreciated their assistance with arranging transportation. the breakfast offered a good selection. it included both local and international options.

The room i had was quite small, even for a solo traveller. the noise from the street was noticeable, especially early in the morning. the spa facilities were functional. Though they lacked a certain aesthetic appeal.

the carpets in the corridors seemed quite dirty. the chairs also had many stains. the extra adult bed i requested was very hard.

the staffs kindness blew me away! anna and linh helped me lots before my trip and arranged everything. the breakfast had many options and tasted so yummy. the location was perfect and super convenient for exploring.

the room was a little small than i expected, but it's mention in the description, not a big deal
